About David Gray
David is the Chief Development Officer of HIF Global, with a proven delivery record in both operating company and EPC contractor environments. He has more than 20 years of energy sector experience in technical and project positions of increasing responsibility. Before HIF, David was Senior VP at Tellurian, responsible for the ~$20B Driftwood LNG project. David holds a BEng (Hons) in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in the UK, is a Chartered Engineer with the UK Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) and a Registered Engineer (REng) with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad & Tobago.
