Sofia is the Chief People & Culture for HIF Global. She has an extensive experience leading organizational transformational projects, management initiatives, and talent development to promote and support high performance and innovative thinking. Sofia holds a degree in Business Administration from La Salle University in Mexico, complemented by a specialization in Human Resources Strategy from Harvard University. Additionally, she is certified as an International Life and Leadership Coach by the ILC Academy.
